Doc Wilson Memorial Bowls Day 9.11.16
The annual Doc Wilson Memorial Bowls Day was held today and though numbers were down marginally a good day was had by all. The team of Vic East, Val Calvey and Ken Byatt cleaned up on the day, with Val's name appearing on the trophy yet again! A very nice meal was had after the event and after a welcome by Ian Jarratt the trophy was presented by Graeme Bool to our winners. Graeme then went on to thank the Jarratts for their effort in co-ordinating the event. A concerted effort is to be made next year to keep Val away from the winners circle!
